What this site collects
The contact form asks for your name, email, optional phone number, and a plain description of what is happening with your home technology. The quiz asks for your name, phone number, email, quiz answers, and generated result so Bryan can understand your preferences before following up.
What not to send
Do not send passwords, account details, device serial numbers, camera locations, alarm details, lock or garage configuration, security codes, or remote-access credentials through public forms or email.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions are sent to BK Home Ops PHP endpoints and stored in private server-side files outside the public web root. Email notifications may be sent through the configured notification service so Bryan can respond.
Spam protection and analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated spam. BK Home Ops may use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to understand page views, contact-button clicks, and successful lead submissions. Analytics events should not include names, email addresses, phone numbers, quiz answers, setup descriptions, or sensitive home-system details.
